Parnell is from a small town in Ohio. He grew up poor but didn’t realize it until years later, thanks to a great group of family and friends. He began his career early in music before moving into technology and education. He took his passion for learning and advance tech branched off on his own developing assistive tech. He has since moved away from IT and back to where his heart is, music. His first project is returning to his roots to the music he listened to as a young boy, Country & Western.
